Under our standard return policy, water heating equipment, commercial boilers, gas tankless units, and expansion tanks must be in their original, unused, uninstalled, and undamaged condition to qualify for a standard return. Equipment that has been connected to water or gas lines or operated is not eligible for a standard return.
